Shi Quan Da Bu Tang (All-Inclusive Great Tonifying Decoction) is a tonic herbal formula that treats general deficiency and systemic weakness of the body, caused by injury, surgery or chronic illness. It is also popular as a geriatric tonic, as aging is thought of as a progressive deficiency disease in Chinese Medicine. Today, it is used to treat any condition with Qi and Blood Deficiencies characterized by general weakness, lethargy, exercise intolerance, poor appetite, dry skin, nails and hair coat, dandruff, a pale tongue, and a thin, weak pulse. It has also found widespread application in the treatment of cancer in humans and animals.
