What is Tao (Dao)? According to Lao Tzu, the father of Taoism, Tao cannot be defined in words because words would limit it and Tao is limitless, nameless, formless and incomprehensible by the human mind. Regardless of this, so that we can have some limited grasp of Tao, the words “The Way”, “The Road”, “To Go” “Creative Intelligence”, “The Unity that underlies all things” and “The Great Integrity” have been used to explain Tao. Experiencing Tao through meditative exercises for the TCVM clinician is presented.
