If you decide to purchase a paid article or journal, an account will automatically be created for you.

That way you can always re-download the article(s) or journal(s) that you have paid for.

You can recover your password using the Lost Password feature.

Click the gold “Login” button at the top or click over to the Profile page and click the “Lost Password?” link below the Log In button.

On the next page, enter the  email address you used to register on the site, then click the blue “Get New Password” button.

Check your email inbox – AND spam/junk folder – for the email to reset your password.

Don’t worry, it’s going to be fine.

If you purchased an article or journal issue and lost your download link, you can always access ALL of your downloads in your Profile page.

Simply click over to the Profile page and log in, if necessary.

You probably haven’t logged in.  You must first log in to get All Access.

If you are logged in, then your pass may have expired.  You can check the status of your All Access Pass on your Profile page.  Click the gold “My Acct” button at the top, or just click here.

If you belong to one of our partner institutions, you can get access to complete article and journal contents — not just the abstracts.

Do the following:

1. You must access the site from within the institution’s network. Our software validates the network address so that is a requirement.
2. Browse to this page (https://ajtcvm.org/institutions/) and the site will automatically log you in for full access.

Now the articles and journals will display a “Download” button instead of a “Purchase” button.

When you purchase an All Access Pass, the site will attempt to automatically create an account for you using your email address, and log you in.

If that email is already in use, it assumes you had previously purchased something and hence have an account already.  So it asks for you to log in first, so that the All Access Pass can be added to your existing account.

So what do I do about it?

Double-check the spelling of the email.  Maybe it’s a typo?

If that is your email, just click the gold login button at the top or follow this link to log in.  Then purchase the All Access Pass.

Or you can opt to use a new email address instead in the Checkout page. It will create a new account for you using that email.
